It does not allow much customization to a company's operating procedures. Support team sometimes take long to answer and in the meantime I'm left hanging. It is not that easy to use compared to other vendors but the implementation is taking forever so it's not so easy.

I'm upset they don't automatically put in meal penalties. We also had an issue integrating our 401k service Vestwell to Rippling. We also are a multi entity company and it's not as easy as we thought.

Customer service could be improved. Clients need to have a direct line to a live rep and the ability to speak with a live person on demand. The SLA for responses on general service inquiries lacks a time commitment, which lowers confidence in the service.
